good bye?

Yeah! I was missing in action. After taking the GRE test, I was just not in the mood of blogging at all. Well, kinda busy with other stuffs too like doing the Valentine's event prep and so on. Anyway, nothing much for me to update. But, now I sure have something to share.

In our walk with the Lord, sometimes we need to let go of something, 'something' or even someone that distracts us from focusing on Him. Growing up in a Christian family, I've heard of many sermons on this and known this 'theory' by heart. The last time He asked me to give up on what I really appreaciate in my life was in summer 2004. Although I was mad, sad and totally miserable at that time; now, I'm very grateful that I did what I had to do.

During my devotional time this morning, God revealed that there is 'something' in my life that I need to give up. My friends have been telling me about it. They said I always go for something that is 'unavailable.' The ones that are avaliable are always not attractive to me. I kinda sensed it since the mid of last year; but I 'igonered' it hoping that God will change His mind. Too bad, what I thought is obviously not what God thinks. I know it's gonna be beautiful in the end. I believe in that. However, I sure can't deny that the journey will be tough.
